Session Times
The club runs sessions for beginners / improvers, early competitive and senior competitive swimmers on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at the Rossington Sports Centre on West End Lane , Rossington.
C Squad (National Plan levels 5 to 6, or in old money Swordfish to Shark) Mondays and Wednesdays 19:00 – 19:30 , Fridays 18:15 – 18:45 & 18:45 – 19:15
B Squad (National Plan 7 and above, or in old money Otters and above) Mondays 19:00 - 19:45, Wednesdays 19:30 – 20:15 , Fridays 19:15 – 20:00.
A Squad (Our strongest swimmers) Mondays and Wednesdays 20:15 – 21:15 , Fridays 20:00 – 21:00
Diving/Skills Session - The diving and skills session is on a Monday from 19:45 - 20:15. PLEASE NOTE this is by invitation only as the club wants to get all swimmers the competitive start award this enables them to dive in the shallow end of pools.
We work alongside the council who are now responsible for early swimming teaching with the club taking the swimmers up to competitive level.
