Mets 2008 - Session 1. Medals, PBs and Vicky left speechless

A very long but worthwhile day at the Adwick Leisure Centre started early and started with a shock; Aaron Walker decided he had to get out of the event so broke multiple bones in his body! This trumpted Joshua Greenhalgh's damaged ligaments by an Ace and two Kings!
So the team were down to eight swimmers but they swam out of their skins; in total there were 11 finals between them and 16 personal bests. Rossington were loud and proud and you can't ask more from your kids than for them to improve their times.
Well done everyone, keep up the good work.
If you want to know what left Vicky speechless you will have to ask her after one of our swimming sessions.
