BML Individuals - another medal day for the RASCALs

With this being a joint age group gala our swimmers had to work harder for their medals. The morning was very busy with Caitlin, Josh Sellars and Katie in the 9 / 10 group, Farrah, Jacob, Aaron, Chelsea, Sasha and Lauren Pendlebury in the 13 / 14 group. The warm up was frantic as there were so many swimmers there but when the real swimming started our swimmers motored down their lane. Josh Sellars, Chelsea, Caitlin and Aaron all made it into finals with a gold for Josh, a silver for Caitlin, a bronze for Chelsea and a finalist for Aaron.
The afternoon was quieter but just as successful; our swimmers were Eva Clark, Sophie Moseley, Jessica Gillatt, Joshua Greenhalgh and Lauren Walker in the 11 / 12 group and Jordan and Becky in the open age group. Jessica has worked hard this year and her four medals are well deserved (one gold, two bronzes and a fourth), the other medal winner was Becky winning a silver.
The end tally was two golds, two silvers, three bronzes and two finalists with a total of 22 personal bests - well done swimmers.
