Where Am I > Galas
Galas
Rossington Amateur Swimming Club (RASC) has a proud history of achievement in and around Doncaster and this is where we aim to be again.
We have three overriding objectives:
Swimmers to have fun whilst being able to achieve their potential and be given every opportunity to compete in events in which they do not feel ‘out of their depth'
For RASC to be seen as a club with excellent swimmers, to be seen as a club that does well and a club where swimmers enjoy themselves
All swimmers should be given the training and opportunities to reach their potential without pressure – it is up to the swimmer to put in the time and effort
The competitions we compete are:
We also run club galas for the competitive swimmers (A & B Squad) and our younger swimmers (C Squad) – click here for more details.
For the more competitive swimmers there are also Individual Championships where a swimmer can test their mettle against their peer group, click here for more details.
We always need the support of parents / guardians when it comes to galas, teaching and sprint nights – click here to view our volunteers page, without the people who volunteer their time and energy the club would be unable to keep running.
