Rossington Circuit Heroes
For those of you who have never been to a circuits class why not come and give it a go - the more people who attend the more fun we will all have.
We do a variety of sessions including boxercise, body combat, pilates, spin, resistance classes, body balance and normal circuits
The price is only £1.00 per person which is a fraction of what it would cost if you went privately. Children and adults are very welcome as well as the swimmers—so take the plunge this Saturday and start on the road to fitness.
