Individual Galas
As a club we offer our swimmers a range of options when it comes to swimming competitively. A swimmer is actively encouraged when he or she reaches the B squad to take part in galas for the club starting with the Dinsdale league and moving up to the Pocklington Times galas.
Another avenue for each swimmer are the individual events organised within the Doncaster borough, these are listed below:
John Harriman Individual Championships – an event aimed at the new members of the B squad up to the A squad members who are breaking through.
Barnsley Minors League Individual Championships - an event aimed at the new members of the B squad up to the A squad members who are breaking through.
The DMASA Individual Championships – an event aimed at the top end of the A and B squads, where our swimmers could be competing against Doncaster and Yorkshire swimmers.
The club are aiming to be very well represented in these events as they are a true measure of how well the swimmers and the club are doing.
Therefore, please keep an eye on the notice board and make sure you get your entries in early so that the coaching staff can tailor your swimming programme for you to do well in these events.
