Club Profile
Welcome to the home of Rossington Amateur Swimming Club. Rossington ASC known as 'The Rascals' is based at Rossington Leisure Centre in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The club competes in the Barnsley Minor League, the Dinsdale League and the Pocklington League. Rossington ASC has a very local membership with all members coming either from Rossington itself or other surrounding villages. The club is and always has been run on a completely amateur basis, all of the club coaches, teachers, officials and all other club helpers are volunteers.

Our aim is to be the most admired swimming club within the Doncaster area within the next two years - October 2005.

Rossington Amateur Swimming Club is a voluntary organisation committed to the teaching and coaching of young people to achieve their potential.
Our Objectives are:
Swimmers should have fun whilst being able to achieve their potential and given every opportunity to compete in events in which they do not feel 'out of their depth'.
For Rossington Amateur Swimming Club to be seen as a club with excellent swimmers, as a competitive club that does well and a club in where swimmers enjoy themselves.
The club believes that all swimmers should be given the training and opportunities to reach their potential without pressure - it is up to the swimmer to put in the time and effort.
